Cycling
Our head coach, Simon Clapham, runs a "Coach by Colour" session at Poynton Leisure Centre every Tuesday from 8 pm until 8:45 pm. This is a spinning-type class, with the latest indoor bikes providing power measurement so that you can measure your efforts.
Simon also runs a similar session at Knutsford Leisure Centre every Friday at 6:00 pm.

Group Rides
There is also a group ride on Sundays, weather dependent, that typically starts at Wilmslow Leisure Centre. Updates are sent out on the Facebook group. We meet at 9:00 am for rides through Cheshire, sometimes venturing into the Peak District - rides are tailored to peoples' abilities - no rider left behind!
The below footage was taken from a ride last November in memory of a cherished club mate, around the roads of cheshire (this section was from Seven Sisters farm, where we had stopped for a well-deserved ice cream).
Track Sessions
The group also uses the facilities of the Manchester Cycling Centre at the Velodrome, home of British Cycling, Chris Boardman's Hour Record, and one of the venues for the UCI Track World Cup.
Sessions are booked when demand (and track availability) allows. Our latest session took place on 10th February 2018 - there are photos and videos available on our Instagram feed (see bottom of page).
